Cancellation Policy

Please read these terms carefully before requesting a cancellation or modification.

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels, including our registered email address or customer support number.

A cancellation request shall be considered valid only after it has been acknowledged by Rangstone Tourism in writing.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges shall be determined based on:

The cancellation policy applicable to the booked travel service;
The policies of hotels, transport providers, activity operators, and other suppliers;
The time remaining before the scheduled departure or check-in date.

In addition to supplier charges, Rangstone Tourism may deduct applicable service fees, convenience fees, processing charges, and payment gateway charges where applicable.
