2. Scope of Services

Rangstone Tourism provides travel-related services including, but not limited to:

• Domestic and International Holiday Packages
• Hotel Reservations
• Activities and Sightseeing
• Corporate and Group Travel Solutions

3. Booking Process

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Required payment has been successfully received;
• Availability has been confirmed by the respective service provider; and
• A Booking Confirmation or Travel Voucher has been issued by Rangstone Tourism.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until booking confirmation. The total booking amount may include applicable taxes, service charges, supplier fees, and payment gateway charges where applicable. Pricing errors resulting from technical or human mistakes may be corrected before booking confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Customers agree to make payments using authorised payment methods. Failure to complete payment within the prescribed time may result in cancellation without prior notice. Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, foreign exchange charges, or applicable taxes shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

6. Booking Amendments

Requests for modification of travel dates, passenger names, hotels, transportation, or any booked service are subject to supplier approval, availability, and additional charges. No amendment is guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Rangstone Tourism.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels. Applicable cancellation charges shall be determined according to the policies of the Rangstone Tourism. Rangstone Tourism's service fee, convenience fee, payment gateway charges, and non-refundable supplier charges shall remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends upon the cancellation rules of the respective supplier. Approved refunds shall be processed only after funds are received from the supplier and within the applicable processing period. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Travel Documents

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, government-issued identification, permits, vaccination certificates, travel insurance (if required), and any other documentation necessary for travel.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information;
• Respect local laws and customs;
• Conduct themselves responsibly throughout the journey.

11. Supplier Responsibility

Flights, hotels, transportation providers, cruise operators, activity organisers, and other travel suppliers operate independently. Rangstone Tourism shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, baggage loss, service deficiencies, or any acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

12. Force Majeure

Rangstone Tourism shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, loss, additional expense, or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, border closures, weather conditions, or similar events.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rangstone Tourism's liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Rangstone Tourism be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, documents, and other materials are the exclusive property of Rangstone Tourism and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

15. Privacy

Your personal information shall be collected, processed, stored, and used in accordance with the Rangstone Tourism Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

17. Modification of Terms

Rangstone Tourism reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall always be available on our official website.
