2. Refund Process

Eligible refunds shall be processed only after the refund amount has been received from the respective service provider, wherever applicable.

3. No-Show Policy

If a traveller fails to arrive for a scheduled flight, hotel check-in, transport service, activity, or tour without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a No-Show.

4. Booking Modifications

Requests for changes to travel dates, passenger details, accommodation, transportation, or other services are subject to availability and supplier approval.

5. Supplier Cancellation

If any travel service is cancelled by a hotel, airline, transport operator, or any other supplier, Rangstone Tourism shall assist the customer in obtaining the refund or alternative arrangement in accordance with the supplier's applicable policy.

6. Force Majeure

No refund or compensation shall be payable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Rangstone Tourism, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• War
• Civil unrest
• Terrorist activities
• Weather conditions
• Strikes
• Border closures

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion charges, taxes, and other transaction-related charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Processing Delays

Rangstone Tourism shall not be responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, airlines, hotels, or other third-party service providers.

9. Policy Updates

Rangstone Tourism reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version shall be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
